So I'm rank 82, so close to getting the platinum as all I need is to rank up to 100 and this happens:

I've been having problems with the servers ever since the casino update from long loading times to failing to save but it usually resolves itself.

Please help. I couldn't bear to start again after all the grinding.

I get that message sometimes as well and I just restart the game and it works.

I'm convinced that if one can't load into an online session, one gets a randomly generated error message from R*

I'm sure I've gotten at least three or four different error messages! :pac:

In my case, I tried restarting and it still kept coming up. Sometimes it would ask me to sign the user agreement which I thought was odd. I searched every solution on YouTube and nada. I started to suspect it was my ISP when my mobile phone also seemed to have limited download.

Sometimes it happens when servers are dodgey. Top tip is to start game and hold down l1 and r1 straight away and release them both soon as the initial sound of the sirens stops. This resets everything and gets you to sign agreement again. Doesnt affect your data at all though. Thats how you know its reset. Usually does the trick for the file error.

Thanks but as previously mentioned I search every solution (this was one of them and I did it multiple times) and it didn't work. It was my ISP restricting some aspects of my downloading and the only reason why I figured it out is because my mobile phone had Internet restrictions as well. As soon as they lifted the restriction it started working again.

Happy days. Just said id throw it up incase it helps anyone else browsing the thread.
