Such a dreadful show didn't deserve that boost but they'll be patting themselves on the back.

Sad thing is they will view that pop in ratings as a fantastic thing instead of looking at how their current crop can achieve those ratings.

I mean at raw 40 year anniversary who are they realistically gonna be able to bring back from current gen that would pop a rating and get the mainstream invested

Saw this on Reddit today, Tyler Breeze is aware of this. He calls the current era "the fan era" and thinks they won't really be remembered. Makes some good points, from 6:50...

No the bastardized bootleg version of Bullet Club that WWE are attempting is ridiculous. They'd be best just giving up as Gallows, Anderson & AJ will NEVER, NEVER, EVER replicate the natural chemistry they had in New Japan.

The OC seriously? Who even thought that'd be a good name, (TV show aside) all I hear is that Phantom Planet song every time.

We hear it but they aren't showing the fans I think it's being piped in, All the fans facing the hard camera are just sitting there quietly.

That doesn't make sense though. Play her for heel heat but pipe in cheers for her? She definitely gets cheered.
