And why is this normalised? Non contributors.

We have spineless TD's who are too PC to open their mouth and admit that most of them are quite happy to rely on the council and welfare for housing and money.

Notice how the media invented a green party super surge and FG/FF were both out hefore the counts were even done saying ‘the people have spoken’ on climate issues and that theyd adopt policies.

Peter casey goes from dead last to second in the presidential election and almost got a seat in europe purely under the basis that he was the only politician who’d recognise the massive problems travellers cause in ireland , did FF/FG come out and say ‘the people have spoken , well make policies to deal with it’ not a chance.

Ah, but they can't raise taxes based on anything they decide to do for/with travellers.

Climate change/green issues, on the other hand, has huge potential to generate more income in taxes....

Only the ones who moved there in the last few years. Not the ones the houses were built for.

Those who are being moved after 40 years on Cabragh Bridge will know their squatters rights. They will be paid off to move I think, just like the crew around Dublin Airport in view of it's third runway.

We are only trotting after them.

But let us see what the Sheriff can achieve.

The 6 families the houses were built for have agreed to everything now and are ready to go into the houses.
They won’t be getting the keys to the houses though until the 4 imposter families move.
These are 4 who moved onto the site in the last year but claim to be there longer and have been offered alternative accommodation but refuse to budge.
It’s unclear what rights they think they have.
They have no legal reps and no support from Pavee Point.
Tipp CoCo can forcibly evict them now next Tuesday at 5 so the handing over of the keys can get going at long last.
Thurles people are very dissatisfied with the whole debacle. It looks as if they have been indulged and treated with kid gloves all along the way.
It’s a pity because this particular family didn’t give much bother locally ever at all.

They should have pursued full integration back in the day they tried to wipe out traveller 'culture'.
They're all white, Catholic, of Irish or Irish origin, it's not like you're destroying an Aboriginal or Native American community or anything. Tbh there's not much value in it, what does make it unique is either obsolete, dying out or surviving in a debased form.

    Traveller :
    6 months pregnant
    No insurance
    Drunk
Possibly on drugs (declines a sample)
2 kids in the back with no seatbelts
    Leaves one halting site
Spotted driving on the wrong side of the road and breaking red lights
    Driving at 120km/h through tallaght
Kids throwing glass bottles at gardai from the car
    Drives to another halting site
A lad in another car there sees the gardai and hops out and runs off.

If she doesn’t get 5 years for this then our justice system has failed massively.

Why do they keep thinking doing things like this is acceptable, those children should be removed.

Travellers are destroying themselves at the moment from the inside out. Drugs and drink and violent crime combined with the breakdown of the traditional family unit are all taking their toll.
You can see all of these things clearly in the violent death of a toddler in cork last weekend.
In 25 years the traditional Traveller will be completely gone.

Unfathomable for any decent person. I would have been terrified of any adult in an authoritative position back when I was a kid, like a shop-keeper or another parent. A police man? Jesus Christ. It's shocking the levels of not-giving-a-f*ck. Parents are absolute scrotes and children have obviously had it bred into them and will likely pass it all on again while none of them contribute a dime to society.

Honestly, what traditions have they even got left to offer today? Always hear about their culture and heritage but what positive aspects are there at all in 2019?

At best she’ll get a suspended sentence.

“Ryan was brought to Tallaght Garda Station where she refused to give blood samples. She has four previous District Court convictions, including failure to comply with a garda and threatening a garda.
Cathal McGreal BL, defending, said his client was genuinely remorseful for her actions and very concerned about the outcome of the case. He said she was currently an outpatient at a psychiatric facility and was on heavy medication for depression.
He said that on the day in question Ryan had been at a christening, sharing a bottle of wine with a female friend, when a man arrived and insisted that she drive him somewhere.
She told gardaí that she had felt under pressure to drive.
McGreal said his client was one of 13 surviving siblings from a very traditional, rural family.
She met her husband at a horse fair in 2012, the court heard, and later struggled to adjust to life in Dublin.
Counsel said Ryan initially wouldn’t take medication for depression but was now relatively stable.”

Im not sure how somebody could even hold a violin small enough to play a song sad enough to accompany that statement.

The aul ‘blame a man’ card is brlliant, travellers using the well known physical violence of traveller men against women to their advantage to get away with sh*tty behaviour.

At it again today at Cemetery Sunday in Dundalk.
Traveller deliberately drove over people .
Loads of Garda cars at scene.
    These people offer society nothing.

Unofficial report of man arrested and loaded gun found in car. One person seriously injured.
Again these people are just a scourge.

Higgins outspent Casey 3:1 as the incumbent, no personal donations to casey at all, the lowest spend of all the wealthy candidates, went from a dead last joke to 23% of the vote purely for tackling the elephant in the room.

How FG and FF listned to gmthe green wave that never was but can completely ignore the problem our nation is screaming out to fix is beyond me.

Pity cooper and Smith won't let him talk. Ask a question and then shout over him when he tries to answer. Hes ti well mannered for his own good. It's very obvious he had a good education and wasnt dragged up.
