I would say I buy something or spend money on bills nearly every day.

    What about you?

Stopped buying takeaway coffee last Monday, 6 euro into a whiskey box every day. Until then, every day at least once.

I can see how much the elec/gas meter is costing per day. I've not spent any actual money since Monday. There may have been a DD in the last day or two though.

    No, not everyday.
I try bring in lunch to work everyday.
So that helps when it comes to spending money.
Though I'm not the biggest fan of cooking, so if I'm around town and hungary I'll usually pick up something to eat rather than cook when I get back.

If you consider i drive to work each day a small bit on fuel yes. But Monday - Friday no, I could actually go without my wallet. Free lunches in work, free coffee, buy the multi pack of weetabix which lasts me a month for breakfast, one big grocery shopping fir the week maybe 40 euro...

On the weekends yes, cinema, food, just general been out and about.

No, have a tight rein on my finances, save as much as possible and some days I spend nothing. I work from home so no bought lunches.

Unfortunately its about €13 a day for me, Couriering means out of bed before 5:30. Grab breakfast and coffee/tea about €8 and €5 in the afternoon for sambo and bottle of water... Must try and get these costs under control..

      It adds up so easy,

      Lunch 10-15, coffees drinks 5-10

Usually dinner with pints 3-4 days a week, 40-60€

Working in town really makes it hard not to spend anything - then again working in a big isolated office in the suburbs encourahes you to leave and go for a walk and in the rain you end up in the local spar/centra - they start to look at yiu oddly when you walk around the shelves every day and buy nothing!

I used have a sit in coffee every other day but since the shops almost universally put up the price of a coffee to e3.40 Ihave avoided it. The tenner or e15 is almost invisible in my wallet but I miss the ritual of it -I hate feeling like Im being ripped off though.

Sometimes I clear the head by going for a long walk and try not to get munchies en route (esp an icecream in this heat) or a take away dinner on the way home to avoid cooking. It is getting harder now that every other beauty spot or beach has an icecreamvan, pop up 'gestibal' or 'garden market' at it.

My cousins neighbour owns a takeaway and recently bought the next doors house for 340k -cash. At the rate I spend money on boredom eating I understand how.

IF I didnt smoke I think I would be only spending money 1-2 a week as I work from Home.
