Does anyone here know the frequency with which one should spray brassicas with Bordeaux Mixture as a preventative measure against blue/grey mould?

I seem to get a few plants affected by this every year and last year I only sprayed after I noticed some mould developing on a few Brussels Sprout and Broccoli plants, but it appears that it is better to spray plants from an early stage before the disease sets in. I am therefore wondering the frequency with which I should spray?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

It's a preventative rather than a cure, so a single treatment before a fungus appears is all that is required.
