Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

buying a scope from uttings uk

    Has anybody bought a scope from uttings.co.uk ?
    I was trying to buy one online and it says the scope is restricted to be sold internationally. Its costing 1100 so didnt want to use parcel motel. Any way around this ? Its a 5-25×50

    Use Parcel Motel but use the increase insurance option on parcel motel website.
    Only a few Euro to ensure it’s covered.

    Is parcel motel insurance for damages and lost items? I have read of a few instances where stuff going through them gets "lost"

    Optics wharehouse are now delivering to Ireland you might find what you are looking for on their website. Just sign an end user cert and your good to go

    Thanks for that German pointer. Ive gotten scopes from them before and were great to deal with. But the scope im after was to be in end of july now it might be in end of August they say.
