How much easier life would be if you had the brass neck of these two. Not made a mortgage payment in 10 years. Offered a great deal by the mortgage company to just walk away with no debt. Agree to the deal but have now decided to stick two fingers up again. Perhaps a spell in the 'Joy will soften their cough.…

The rest of us are paying higher interest rates than necessary because of people like these who refuse to pay their mortgage for years on end and it's impossible for the banks to repossess.

Given that they could easily move in to a more affordable home, it's incredible brass neck to see their behaviour.

They move in elevated circles, noses stuck above the clouds. It would be rather satisfying to see them crash down to earth with a resounding thud. Bones of a million, entitlement on another level. One law for them, another (severely implemented) law for us.
