No claim bonus proof

    Hello,

    I have bought the insurance last week and received all the documentations.
    If I understood correctly I only had to send you my no claim bonus proof. i followed the process and sent a picture of it last Monday as soon as I received the pack.
    However, I haven't received any acknowledgement that your received the document.

    Can you let me know if everything is fine?
