    Disagree, counterfeiter to me suggests he'll be messing about with the lynch votes.

    I don't know what to make of the newspaper tbh.

    We have an SK who can write his own kills, doesn't it seem like he might also be allowed mess with the village with messages like that?

    I guess the other option is that The Riddler is throwing out some sort of coded message...??

    Ok but the counterfeiter is an actual role like:

    Counterfeiter: Can choose a day to have access to all lynch votes in advance. Can fake lynch votes from players, whatever vote distribution they choose is what the village uses and knows of. Basically has total control over the lynch, gets to distribute votes from whoever to whoever.

    Its a very powerful role, you'd think there'd be more hint about vote manipulation in the op than having to go off thread to find info re the role.

What exactly will he be faking that should rightly have the citizens of Gotham so worried?

    i don't get being able to write the lynch results on one day from that.

    but, i'll keep the tinfoil of it alive rattling around in my head, just in case.

    The way I see it, although I could be wrong. The seer gets the role. I'd be surprised if it were any vague good or bad only.
