HLC GSM Line Fault

Hi. Have an issue with my alarm. Getting GSM Line fault error. I took sim in and out and same issue. Topped up account to be safe, no change. Removed GSM module and reconnected and still have fault. The GSM status light flashes three times in red. Any suggestions??

Have you tried the sim card in a phone?
