Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I have a Samsung Air to Water heat pump and control kit on my hot water tank.
Heading away on holiday for a week, can I just turn the hot water part off? The instructions don't say anything about turning it off completely, just modes to put it in.

I've attached a pic of the control kit on the tank and the button I want to press (DHW).

This is a similar setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYSEi0LnAfo

Most heat pumps have a “holiday mode” where it will disable water and cut back heating while you are away and automatically revert the night before you arrive home.

Can’t tell from your pic if yours has it.

I tried turning it off but it just came back on again after a few mins, so not sure.
It also has an outing mode but that seems to be for the radiator temp.
