Hi all,

I have a 2008 1.4 Petrol Toyota Corolla

I'm having an issue when using the central locking, whereby the drivers door lock doesn't engage on the first or second time, while the rest of the doors do.

The lock eventually works or somethings i have to get in the passenger side and open or lock the door manually.

I've tried the battery on the fob even though I kind of knew this wasn't the issue.

Has anyone any ideas?

It's probably the actuator (the little motor that switches the locking position).
