How do you add pictures to your message

Hi Folks, Was wondering if anyone could let me know how you put a picture up in the message field. I have to keep adding pictures as attachments. Sad i know but this is frustrating.

you need to use the image tags. you can push a button for them on the reply to topic page. button marked IMG
