I'm trying to pull together a budget for remaining works on our house, so just looking for high level numbers at the moment.

How much to build a large garage - approx. 6m * 10M?
Block wall with cavity

Large roller door

Plastered on outside

Pitched roof, slated

10ft+ ceiling height

Concrete floor

No electrics/plumbing.

Based in the north west, and no hassle with site access for machinery, etc.

I'd say for that size, a very ballpark 40-45k.
