Alley wall dampness

Hi folks have an issue with internal wall that goes along the alley that separates a terraced house just wondering what can be done considering it's an alley wall

It's not mad dampness it's just at bottom of wall may be a hot cold issue any ideas thanks folks

Powerwash then seal the outside of the bottom of the wall with concrete sealer. Sounds like you have a moisture bridge dog.

Check the drainage in the alley yo.

house was built 1970

Any particular concrete sealer
