osb under box profile cladding

    hello lads,

    doing a little cottage renovation and want to put box profile cladding on roof. Underneath this would be the breather felt and then 11mm osb. Do ye think this would weep or cause any moisture to the boards or inside due to condensation? I have seen this done in america without problems but of course their climate is much different to here.

    Have you considered using insulated cladding. The cost difference may be less than anticipated and it will be a far superior job.
