Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recently bought a house in Loughrea area with a few snag items to be sorted. Not a major job, but still requiring someone who knows what they’re at. Can anyone recommend a competent builder for this work ?
Replies in confidence & by PM please
    Thanks

A snag list, by definition, goes to the original builder, why would you not go back?

Assuming it's a new build as snag lists are for new builds.
