Please don't vote ANY of these self-interested, corrupt fools back in afterwards. Sinn Fein, Fianna Fail, Fianna Gael, Labour, Greens...all useless, every last one. New thinking is needed, new people are needed, new parties are needed.

Do you think the financialisation of our homes, for the benefit of multinational leeches, is a good thing? Your housing minister thinks so.

Things will never change regardless of my attitude, I could be the most positive person alive but I can't fix this mess, I don't know who I can vote for to fix it either.

And the term Cuckoo funds is a cache phrase to avoid the real term, investors. The are putting down huge sums of money for both the expectation of a return on that investment and the risk of that money never making a return.

Well we know FF and FG are out. Vote for literally anyone else and it could go either way. Currently we've record breaking child homelessness and the party with the Lions share of responsibility for the last crash propping up the FG Tories.

That response from the Irish government is one of the most insane things I have read in my life. Like they completely don't give a flying feck.

We have to protest. On the streets, block everything, stop everything. Shut it all down. Absolutely nothing less than that will change a thing. It is up to the people and only the people. All out mass strikes and protests until a very serious and very immediate plan for fixing the housing crises is proposed, or everything gets shut down. It's up to us.

No concrete because concrete emits massive amounts of CO2

And no wood as cutting down trees again releases all the CO2 they absorb over their lifetime

So what exactly are we going to build houses out of?

No point in being in government if you can't look after your own.
The reason they dont tackle the crisis is theres more profit for private concerns if tax money is used to buy and rent instead of building our own.
