Why is it impossible to talk to anyone at BOI!!!!!

    Rang customer service get stuck at the options menu, press one for personal, press to for business. You have not selected a valid option! 

    I have used three different phones, always the same!


    BOI at the rate you treat customers you won't have many soon!
