Samsung air to heat system error e320

Hi all, We've moved into a house that has a Samsung Air to Heat system. On the panel attached to the cylinder the light flashes between green and red, and on the panel a code flashes up as e320 and then Ao20. Hi all,

We've moved into a house that has a Samsung Air to Heat system. On the panel attached to the cylinder the light flashes between green and red, and on the panel a code flashes up as e320 and then Ao20.

We've contacted the company who installed the system and are waiting to hear back when they can send someone out to have a look. But wondering if anyone on here can provide any insight as to what this error code means? And what affect it has on the system?

Compressor LLP sensor fault (overload protection) I would think

Engineer needs to check it's resistance
