Hot yoga is class. My main issue with regular yoga as I often don't feel like I've done exercise afterwards. I like to get a sweat going. Hot yoga solves this brilliantly.

My issue with yoga is as i am superhypermobile (double jointed) it feels like a mild stretch.

    Pilates is worse.

    Scratch my earlier comment.

Speaking of yoga, is hot yoga a thing in Ireland yet? You basically do a yoga class in a sauna. Men area always in the back row for some reason. Must be cooler back there.

My mate is mad keen for us to do this. I'm afraid we'll look like Stephen Merchant in the "Hello Ladies" scene where he's the only man in a woman's yoga class.

I doubt David could extend his arm straight and rotate his elbow 360 degrees

Don't do it. My Oh and I went to Pilates once, I was bored out of my skull while he managed to put his back out.

I hate yoga for the opposite reason, I have the mobility of an 80 year old arthritic man. Just end up feeling really stupid when you can’t even do the most basic movements without falling over in a heap needing a Physio to straighten me out. My OH is constantly trying to get me to do it, rather than training. This is how she discovered just how stubborn I can be.

I hate hot yoga, because it's bloody hot. I hate hot.

Reading The Way Home: Tales from a Life Without Technology by Mark Boyle. It's an interesting insight into the challenges of living in Ireland without technology. He only communicates outside of the local community via post. You'd appreciate the impact of the shutting of rural post offices more if you were in his position. It's a very interesting read, but I'm not sure I could go to those levels of detachment with regard to things like medicine.

I'm actually re-reading them all at the moment.

Well listening to the audio book. Stephen fry is excellent. I think I should read it instead because it's too easy to zone out sometimes from audio books. Mad that I've never read them or seen the films.

Hopefully the Munster hurling Championship can revive itself on Sunday. Two games to finish a round robin that never got going with so many one sided games.

Crazy day in Leinster hurling! Galway are out on points difference, incredible.

Bizarre. Wexford unbeaten despite only winning one game from 4 and into the Leinster final.

Dublin into the prelim quarter finals. Bit of a role reversal in terms of drama and tight contests between the two provincial championships.

What were the odds on Wexford drawing three times?! It's absurd.

Not as long as the odds on John Hayes being a Lion.

It's a crazy world we live in.

    Connacht champs.

Hard luck to Galway, we've all had days with a second half like that.

I haven't the first idea about music these days. I still consider Kings of Leon a new band.
