Dress - need strapless bra/pads?

Hi ladies, I really need your help.
I have a wedding coming up - and I have a dress I wanna wear.
The last time I wore it, I wore a strapless bra with it.. but I have put on a small bit of wt since then and so now with the strapless bra, I am stuck into it.
I am really afraid that it could burst at a seam when wearing it (v tight around top of rib cage area).
It fits fine without a bra - but then I look totally flat (i am only a 32B anyway).
If i had some little pads or something I could slot it, I think it would work.
Is there such a thing on the market? Like chicken fillet things? Or little pads?
I am v out of touch with all things fashion.. I don't wear dresses often.

Have seen these stick on bras in New Look which might work for you (https://www.newlook.com/uk/womens/clothing/lingerie/stick-on-bras/c/uk-womens-clothing-lingerie-stick-on-bras). Also Penneys have bandeau bras which are not as bulky as a strapless bra and these might also work.

I found Delimira Bra less weight and with good support. Easy to wear all the day with soft cotton material.
