Private car leasing in Ireland

Are there any companies that offer private car leasing in Ireland. I am looking to change my car and some of the guys in work who are based up North lease their cars for around £300 per month. That price includes car tax and maintenance.

Are there any companies in the south who offer services like this? I have found some car hire companies who do long term leasing but they are all about €700 pm which is far too expensive and wouldn't make financial sense.
