Just read Tahnee Seagrave is out injured for Fort William, disgusted for her, Myriam Nicole still out too so looking like its all Rachels this year.Anybody else watching it this weekend?

Yep watching it myself evey year that course is a dodgy one I don;t know why more riders don't sit it out. This year its going to be absolute carnage and the new woods section is a complete mess it was bad enough last year but they've added a new corner that looks to be made primarily of mud.

Thanee released an update on her injury and it looks like a separated shoulder which is one of those injuries that can drag on. She's also a confidence rider so hopefully it doesn't knock her to much.

Brendan Fairclough has also pulled out after his crash in Madeira but I suspect he just didn't want to ride Fort Bill.

All in all it should be a good race and hopefully no more injuries, I can;t wait to see Miriam Nicole back hopefully she's still at the sharp end.

A for Gee the more I watch him the more I think he's lining himself up for Claudio's role but unfortunately for Gee Claudios personality was infectious and Gee has the personality of damp wood. His track previews are getting better though.

Tahnee Seagrave just confirmed Grade 3 tear and ligament damage and going ahead with Surgery as the best option.

Apparently recovery is similar to a break so maybe 6 weeks? Will she make it back at all and if so will she catch the last race before they head across the water. Neither Vale di Sole or Lenzerheide would be considered soft courses for a return.

As for the track, it looks like they've made hard work of one of the best flowing tracks on the circuit :eek: If it rains it'll be a disaster trying to carry any speed.

The motorway section and wall rides are just epic some serious speed carried through there. That little road gap looks like a horrible take off and landing. A bit of rain might help but a lot of rain would make some mess of all those off camber corners.

I hope it's Tracey Hannah's year, she is a great character and I'd much rather see her win than an Atherton automaton

Catching up at the moment, just finished the Women's Fort Bill. Shame about Tracey's second place, she was pushing hard in the first half. It's been a few years since I watched the World Cup and she was always just shy of the podium but you could see she wanted it. Happy to see her getting results now. Tracey and Rachel both did well on the motorway sections.

Hopefully Tahnee heals up well. A separated shoulder isn't a pleasant injury, phsyio is a bitch.

The World Cup DH race has just finished in Vallenord, Andorra.
Jacob Dickson(Irl) has finished in 13th place.
I'm not sure, but I think this is the best result by an Irishman at a World Cup.

He was sitting on the hot seat for a short while aswell.

Some racing in those conditions though I think everyone crossed the line wide eyed and happy it was over.
