He started it, and he'll know better now.

And I only said it once.

If this was 4chan you'd be instantly branded a spergelord. And they'd be right too.

    You forgot to say snowflakes

It's gone beyond calling people snowflakes I'm afraid. And you're long trail of "z" really shows you up to be a mental midget by the way.

Well that was basically what I did. I'm obviously not going to tell him to f off in front of everyone. If I said I did that, ye'd be telling me I'm confrontational.

You sound like some absolute dose to work with, OP.

Sounds like he works with one absolute dose anyway.

Should have said nothing and then grabbed him by the neck and frighten the ****e out of him when nobody was around.

I wouldn't. I'd be like fair play. I hate that kind of stuff personally.

Thought I had problems at work. Op peer pressure is just not on. Thanks for sharing your story, and, eventhough you're drink is fizzy stay at the still water table.

Between this, the radio and the smoking manager, I really don't think that job is for you and you should pack it in. It would also spare us the ensuing threads.
Why does everybody have to be so Irish about this? Why can't we just admit that bullying is subtle and that peer pressure is a far stronger force than what we give it credit for. I think a conversation needs to be had about this sort of thing.

Everybody's all talk about stopping bullying forever, but no one wants to discuss the nuances involved in a bully's behavior.

Slap him across the face with a glove and challenge him to a duel.

I did stand up to him. And I made him look like an asshole.

He's the one who decided to start smoking because he's self conscious. So he's really the fragile person.

Yeah, I suppose. I enjoy the outraged replies though. He's a gas man altogether. A kind of simple version of yer man in Frankfurt living the high life.

Next time it happens leave the canteen and take a dump on the bonnet of his car. That'll teach him.
