    The only person who was not complaining about the penalty was Sissoko. He knew well he messed up

    Christ, awful passing form Spurs again. Liverpool looking very nervous. They'll be on their own six yard box by the hour mark at this rate.

    The main thing with handball is it has to be deliberate.

    Was he deliberately trying to stop the ball with his arm? I don’t think he was.

    It could be argued he shouldn’t have had his arms up at all I suppose.

    Maybe the proverbial "scored too early" for Liverpool. I'd have expected a bit more from them (although the defence looks tight)

    It has to be deliberate?? That would involve the ref knowing a player's state of mind.

    That is not the rule.

    Sissoko ? He was marshaling his defense. Pointing to space. Getting someone else to cover elsewhere. We are getting silly with handball calls and if it keeps up, players will have to play with their hands tied behind their backs.

    3 weeks since these teams played a competitive game. It shows - slow pace and very sloppy passing. Rubbish game.

    Spurs having weathered the storm committing more players forward now...making it a more entertaining and watchable game, first 30 minutes was dire.
