Ever write a song?

    I found a few scribbles I'd written down a few years ago. I had a thing about everything having to rhyme and the tune came back to me when I was reading it.

    Must give it another go, I need a muse though.

    Any budding songwriters here? What do ye do?

    Yeah, years and years ago ( just after puberty :) ) I wrote down some songs and poetry. . They were rip offs of whatever I was listening to / reading at the time and in true teenage style told of my angst and dreams. Pure sh1te in other words as I can’t play an instrument ! Though I might start back at the poetry
    and writing.

    Wasn’t bad at coming up with a melody and a few chords but lyrics, not my forte let’s just say. My guitar playing mate although a seriously seriously good player not a lyrics guy either... had he got someone though who could write lyrics he’d be all squared away as a seriously notoriously good songwriter. The only person who won’t catch on to that is himself.
