Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Melissa McCarthy, Tiffany Haddish, Elisabeth Moss, Domhnall Gleeson

From the DC Comics imprint: Vertigo Comics for 'more graphic or adult content' that resulted in:
    Constantine (2005)
    A History of Violence (2005)
    V for Vendetta (2005)
    The Fountain (2006)
    The Losers (2010)

Hrmmmm, set 3 years before Joker. Hardly right?

Anytime I see Melissa McCarthy attached to a film it's an instant put off.

She is a better actor than might be obvious from some of her comedies. Can You Ever Forgive Me is a good example of that.

I actually enjoyed that but its something about her style that is just very irritating to me.

Wrong, but you'd know that if you took the time to be anything but triggered by women starring in a mostly male-focused genre. Twat.

The premise isn't dissimilar to Widows, which imo was excellent.

    Looking forward to seeing this.
McCarthy and Moss are excellent with the right roles and material.

Pleased to see McCarthy is wisely sidestepping the goofy comedy route.

I went to a pre-screening of this last week, and I've only come here to tell people not to watch it under any circumstances. It might be one of the worst films I've ever seen. So much promise, but none of it delivered.
