Locksmith that will copy a master lock interlocked in Dublin

is there anywhere that anyone is aware of that will copy the above key all that I have visited said they wont however said that it is possible if find a locksmith that will do it

Is it a do not copy key.or a copy by code key.maybe post a picture of the key
