Music keeps switching on on phone

    Every so often when I’m on a call (iphone7) using headphones my music starts to play and it cuts off the call. Can’t figure out how to fix this. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Fairly sure your earphones have an issue. I had similar - mine were constantly pausing etc - with my original Apple EarPods and getting a new set solved the issue.
