Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What's wrong with roads around Oranmore?

Driving around there the last few day I couldn't help but notice how poor the roads were. The old coast road is terrible with potholes and half arseed patched up jobs. The same around the supermarket at the end of that road on the left. I saw diggers in the centre of the village just beside the astro pitch but I am talking about work already completed.

It felt a bit third worldy. What's going on?

Probably down to the volume of traffic through oranmore and any roadworks would just completely worsen the traffic buildup

Most towns in County Galway are like this, Athenry and Tuam come immediately to mind.
