Credit Card Stamp Duty

Hi, I moved my credit card to BOI in March and closed my previous account with AIB. I paid stamp duty twice but was told to send a closure letter to you guys in order to get a refund for one of them as I've technically already paid. Is there an email address or postal address I can send it to. Regards
