Recommend me a van

Hey Guy's
Looking for some recommendations for a van, that will be able to carry a water tank/cleaning supplies onboard, on a budget of about 4k. Not worried about year's or make's in particular, just something that's daily reliable.

I was recommended a caddy by a mate, but I reckon it'd be too small for the tank, swb transit was another mention but is there any particular engine model ect to look for?

Any help appreciated!

4 or 500 litre tank, although a bigger tank may be needed. Is it worth throwing the eye at auctions for something or trawl donedeal

I'd steer clear of the auctions with that sorta budget there'd be a lot of tired and well used vans going through. The auctions are alright for buying near new commercials but after that its a real lottery.

A clean hiace thats spent most of its life in an urban setting would be a good shout.

If you don't mind a spin up to Donegal this looks like a nice example well under budget.

What is the D4D like compared to the older 2.4?

Cousin does powerwashing and has a similar setup, 600L tank, he's had an Opel Vivaro for the last 3 years and it hasn't missed a beat.

Still quite slow, less refined than the 2.4 and more complex.
Has electric windows though.

Traffic. Vivaro or primastar.

All same base engine and very reliable.

Vivaro seems a fair size for similar work, could do 5k 5.5k at a stretch if it would bring the years up to something better. Is there a particular engine in the vivaro/traffic to be looking at ie 1.9 or 2.0
