Renovation/extension prices & availability

Hey, im wondering how hard or expensive it has become to get a builder in galway city. Looking at buying and trying to estimate costs for renovation and/or extension. Most threads about this on boards are from people in Dublin, so wondering if the west of the country is any better/cheaper/easier. Thanks.

There are a lot more people over in the pale so I suppose there'd be more threads about it from them.
I was going to suggest you look up Construction & Planning but see you already have found it.

What exactly do you need?
