Have a HKC Inertia sensor that is throwing an error after having new windows installed.

The unit keeps showing as an open zone.
I'm assuming that the installers rewired the unit incorrectly?
Can I ask what the sequence is for wiring one of these.
With input by tamper as no.1, what colours and slots do the wires fit to?

    TIA.

Would need to see a pic of inside the unit to determine if its wired correctly.
If there is an arrow on the sensor head make sure it is pointing upwards.

    Thanks for that KK!
I'm fairly certain they made a balls of putting it back so any advice on the wiring would be appreciated.

OK lets say Red is number 1 & Yellow is number 6.
    Try Wire as follows

    Red >>> 2
    Yellow >>>3
    Blue>>>4
    Black>>>5
