Suspected it's the cv joint or boot , passanger sound clicks loud repeatedly when fully locked to left or right. What would the rough price to replace this be if anyone got it done before ?

Yes, probably CV joint clicking, although it's usually only on full lock to one side.
Get a quote from a local mechanic.
Price will depend on what car it is and if it is indeed the joint.

I could be wrong, but if it's already clicking, we're beyond easy fix here.

Is there a noise when you’re stationary or just when moving?

Incorrect, can put a sleeve over it ,pack it with grease - bingo,, whilst not perfect it will at least be drivable until the op has the bobs to replace CV boot ( but need to see a mechanic just in case it's something else

You’d swear replacing a CV joint was horrifically expensive.
