Hi all, just wondering if anyone can help me calculate how much probate will cost on an estate of 325000? We would like to be able to keep the assets and pay ourselves whatever is due. There are 2 beneficiaries.

Unfortunately we cant, as 1 executor has passed away and the other renunciated leaving us with no executor and the will was also written before one of the beneficiaries was born. We went to probate and they denied a personal probate, they told us to get a solicitor.

Probably looking at fees of 1% to 3% of inheritance for solicitor fees then. Best of luck.
