    It took ten years to get a car in the Soviet Union, you put your money down and wait ten years.

    Soviet man goes to dealer in the Soviet Union.

    Soviet man " here is my deposit"

    Dealer " thank you, here is your receipt, see you in ten years"

    Soviet man "am or pm?

    Dealer " what difference will it make"

    Soviet man " I have a plumber coming on the morning"
