Used to be pay as you go Circuit Training at the Sports Complex, and think also at ROM beside Dorely Park. Asking one of them might give you the best response.

The fitness studio on High street, in same building as some nursing homecare business. She does about 6 different types of classes every day so something for everyone from metafit to weights.
