Renewing driving licence?

Hi folks,
I have appointment tomorrow re renewal. Its a little confusing (maybe just me) what you need to bring to the centre. Old liscense, proof of address and completed application form? Do you need to bring passport pictures or will they take there? My wife thinks they took the picture there when she went for renewal.

When renewing the card style licence, do you get to keep the expired one or must it be handed in?

If your current licence has expired, they will retain it.
If there is still time left on it, they will hand it back to you.

Thanks. I'll head in a week early then so. Have the old one for a keepsake!

Yeah they post new one out. Took about a week to arrive
