You continually imply that those of us who target Woodward or the board are misguided, I’m asking you to explain your position. What role have the board/Woodward play in transfers? How much of our problems now are down to how they use our resources?

I’m trying to understand why you take such a defencive stance towards them.

Jeez you just don't stop do you, I said for the sake of the thread drop it.

Since you asked, firstly, feel how you want about the board, I could care less. Secondly I explained my reasoning when I replied to Fred, his post was a poorly put together attack, making some claim the board don't spend and are working against manager, like them or not they have spent massive amounts of money directly on the starting 11.

I explained what I wanted to in that reply, I wasn't even addressing you and I don't have to jump through hoops and answer you list of demands and play fetch like a dog. You butted in, I asked you to drop it and your still here. I'm off on the beer soon so enjoy your night.

Don't go, I want to hear how Mourinho held the players back today?

Martial must start at the Nou Camp.

Billic saying the same on BT sports
Give OGS the power because he doesn’t have it right now and the players know that.

We won and deserved to overall even playing poorly. We have a much better league record since Ole took over. Don't worry be happy.

You regularly make pejorative statements about people who target the board or Woodward for criticism. If you really don’t care about discussing the board or Woodward then don’t talk about them.

Just like the players knew Jose didn’t have the power from last summer...

The manager is being backed can have different meanings at different clubs depending on how much the owners are empowering them.

Zidane wants Pogba for that midfield. £150m + Isco please.

He was appalling today. Only ever looks decent if the game is open. Would hate to rely on him to break down a resolute defence.

Some players have had a decent bounce under Ole, but Martial is not one of them.

A peno that shouldn't have been.

    An offside that wasn't

We no where near deserved to win.

Pretty sure ole said "we got away with it" if we deserved it there would have been nothing to get away with.

That was woeful tripe against mid table rubbish who've been brutal on the road and under other management you would be on here whining about it.

We def didn't deserve to win today, West Ham were very unlucky

    He was rubbish.

But then it was his first start this year, his 4th appearance all season, I don't think it was ever going to be any different.

I don't recognise him. But I don't understand why anybody would waste a minute of their life typing that. Either engage in discussion or piss off. People are starved of attention I guess.

I think it’s fair to say that Rojo played like he didn’t want to be backup for shaw or anybody else for that matter.

I don't quite get the "another clearout" part of his post.

We still haven't had the damn clearout yet, never mind another one...

Granted the lack of appearances, but going forward he offered nothing. Could see Martial get isolated out there without Shaw to support. Couple of times he turned back as if out of habit to find Rojo nearby and he was nowhere to be seen.

He's a decent defender but he doesn't suit the style of play we seemingly want with the fullbacks overlapping. Definitely need to look at a backup to Shaw and today highlighted it more.

The clearout, yes there is a good degree of deadwood who need moving to pastures new but don’t focus on who we need to shift before we see who we need to get in and who we CAN get in... hopefully we are already in the process of talking with agents, players and or clubs and getting ahead of the game in terms of putting ourselves ahead of the crowd in term of who we can and need to acquire. When that business is done we can then get on with seeing who is surplus to our needs. But only after we have acquired the players we need to improve us.

Martial was statistically the least influential player on the field today. Scored only a 52% rating.

What's that got to do with playing west ham at home?

    Yeah.
Because losing at home to bottom placed West Brom was more his specialty.

And getting embarrassed by West Ham....he did that quite well too.

    Are you being serious?

This was the first time we played them since they absolutely destroyed us when we played them away.
Being at home doesn't erect some sort of force field around a football team, Jose had us playing the some lethargic football a United side has played in living memory.
We were the side doing the least running in the entire league when he was in charge, hence the embarrassing results.

    Glazers Out!
