Well see Cyrus, I dont go around calling other posters mentally deficient, so that is a reflection of your own personal tone and how you treat others. Its evident you look down on people from your golden south dublin tower.

Incidently im no fan of PBF i think they are clouded by poor candidates.

What i do pride myself on is giving people Kudos where its warranted. and Ruth did a fine job on the committee today.

Il leave you to sneer at people because its evident you get off on it. True to form. Its a theme in your posting.

well isnt the irony delicious :P you realise you referred to me as idiotic and you know what idiotic means i presume.

ill leave that with you for some self reflection.

    'Idiotic Statement'

There was no inference on the individual.

A bit of cop Cyrus. Play catch up will ya horse xxx

Jesus Christ. You might not like her politics but if you're so blinded that you close your eyes to the fact that she's the only one that really had them struggling and asked the right questions, then you're a slave to your political dogma.

eugh its the usual grand standing by these idiots over issues that ultimately matter very little and they whip their support base into a frenzy over it and get kudos for it but ultimately achieve nothing.

all it does is give them a further platform for their ruinous financial and social policies.

This fella is taking 5 minutes to ask one question.

Coppinger asked a non difficult question with regards LOI prize fund been less than that of his salary and he was told not to answer!!

They have more or less dug their own hole with this carry on.

Typical Cyrus, If someone gives a TD plaudits for following a clear, deliberate and confident line of questioning then they must be a a political supporter.

You are ridiculously clouded by your party affiliations it appears. Do you let politics rule your entire outlook on life ? or is it just on boards where you do it for jollys.

Personally i dont assign myself to any party at all. Although i would align myself to more centrist ideals. Aligning to a party is a refuge of fools.

So basically you only want political parties you support to be allowed to ask questions in this committee.

Russian would be more fitting for an organisation like this.

i wasnt referring to a poster, i was speaking generally, i think you have a persecution complex

my party is gone as it happens i'm not particularly enamoured with any of the current options. So there you go again making unfounded assumptions.

there would be no questions then, unless senator mcdowell was brought in for questions which i would welcome.

Not sure what the committee can do anyways tbh, but the knives are out now and Delaney will be slaughtered in the media for not giving answers to questions about the 100k.

If there's anything the media loves most in this country, it's a good monetary scandal. Refusing to answer the questions just digs the hole deeper for the rest of the board to attempt to clamber out of.

Padragi calling into the question the truth of the 'creditors' question.

and frankly he is spot on. Its a suspect excuse one which they wont provide answers for.

    What creditors....

Why? because most likely there was none.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,007 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

O’Ceidigh calling out these “independent” reviews as the FAI pay for them and lay out what exactly they want reviewed or not reviewed.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,569 ✭✭✭mugsymugsy

Question for John Delaney you keep rubbing your nose you lying or got a cold or something...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,691 ✭✭✭s3rtvdbwfj81ch

    Delaney is fúcking shameless

Delaney not legally obligated to answer any of the questions put to him. He might as well be a stuffed dummy. Shambles.

well there were creditors every business has them.

what do you think the 100k was about.

Busy in work all morning and only getting a chance to read a few comments on here

Could anyone sum it up in a line or 2 so far?

Are the FAI going to get away with it do we think?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,014 ✭✭✭✭Corholio

So this Grant Thornton 'report' wasn't a report at all, it was a 'review of a financial transaction'

With Delaneys covert statement, thats at least twice they have misled the committee now. Not including all the non answering.

He even refused to answer about LOI prize money being less than what he earns. Hilarious.

    we actually dont know.

We do know Delaney went to court to stop it being published and his excuse as to why it shouldnt be published raises questions.

    But.. Creditors..

    Yeah Creditors.
