Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Thoughts on Gabriel Jesus instead of Aguero?

Sergio might be preferred to Jesus for the CL meaning Jesus gets the PL games and the lion share of the DGW in 35?

    Nope.

Aguero starts every game if fit. City don’t have margin for error in the league.

Speroni out for Ryan. I kept Boruc, as I think Begovic will be dropped again, he was dreadful at the weekend. If that happens, it'll be a nice bonus for when I BB.

Still have 1 FT. Kane in for Rashford and possibly Hazard out for 8.3m mid.

I’m looking for a midfield in this price bracket too.

Son 8.5m is out of reach

What do people with no wildcards or free hits do with Wilson, Fraser or Brooks bearing in mind they are playing Fulham the week after next. What do two teams on the beach do when they play each other! Don't fancy them at all at Brighton.

I’m trying to ship Wilson for Kane this week and get a midfielder for 8.2m but can’t find one I want. Mane would be the midfielder going out

I have Aubameyang on the chopping block too. You would need to find 0.3 for Son. Maybe Jota as they have a double coming up. I would be looking at Deulofeu aswell depending on his injury. Terrible choice of midfielders at the 7-8 million range it's been like that all season.

Don’t look at the price of players - look at their form - Tielemans, Maddison, Milivojevic, Westwood all in decent form and cheapish - Leicester obv pushing for 7th and Burnley still fighting away down there.

Even likes of Siggy, or Ramsey if fit are retuning points regularly.

Who do you think that is priced higher than 7/8m range should be in the range?

You can’t possible complain about players been cheaper by saying they should be dearer? So then the issue is priced to high for their returns?

Not at all. At the start of the season the prices are clearly worked out depending on previous season's' form. I just don't think the options at that price range apart from Siggy are great at the moment hence me offering the alternatives I did.

Considered Kane in as part of a -4, but would most likely be at the expense of Vardy, still not fully sold on it, but Kane at home to Huddersfield is extremely tempting, will probably wait until Friday to make a decision on it

I’ve thought about it a lot
I just can’t see him not being rotated for that game

I guess they both have champs league tho...

So theyve equal chance of being rotated hypothetically?

Maybe in theory but I think Pogba is (or at least has the illusion of) being more crucial to the success of Utd midfield.

He's much more likely to play than Son IMO.
Could see Moura fill in before I'd imagine Pobga being rested.

    Pogba has never been rotated
    Son has been

    So no......

    Kun & Maddison out

Just had enough ITB to make it happen before price movments and no WC so need to line up players for the DGW35

    I've no WC either
And that's precisely why I am waiting before even considering selling my gw35 captain for another transfers so precious
It's not like there isn't another possible replacement for maddison other than a midfielder who scored well in the last dgw and will most likely not replicate next?
If you haven't already made those transfers then do yourself a favour and wait !
    ..........

Kane rising, Jota rising, Laca rising.

Vardy and mane who were close to rising are now dropping like stones. Wan-B also dropping fast.... depending on how many wildcards in play, he could drop tonight or tomorrow for anyone with critical value in him

I was about to type a rage post about what the hell is wrong with people signing kane tonight when he has a midweek game first
    But then I checked
    And he isn't rising ...........
    The other 2 might though

There will rage posts now if imagine
    Harry and his glass ankles

Would be extremely surprised if he plays this weekend.

Target will be next wed, at the earliest - if he is back.

He won’t play again this season in all likelihood
He has lots and lots and lots of previous with those ankles

Son is now more interesting it must be said .........
Although it appears to be Alli and Moura up front

And I see Kane wasn't a mile off a price rise tonight, maybe some won't notice he's injured as isn't flagged yet.

Lucas Moura is the Spurs punt this week especially with Son & Ali carrying knocks.

    Thinking

    Bertrand and Murray in
    Daniels and Higuain out

    Captain Murray

(Haven't hit the button yet, might be worth sleeping on this one)

    Sleep on it
    Sleep hard
    Then don't do it
But definitely sell both those players !!!!
How the hell have you still got Charlie Daniels!
We all sold him in 2017

20 ahead but need two - 4 weeks on d bounce, no wc no bench boost no triple no free hit. I'm sitting duck to be over taken sadly

Torn between if to get rid of Siggy for Son or stick with siggy, reckon if Son scores against Huddersfield he will be whipped of as soon as possible , Siggy should get more game time against Fulham.

Have left him in there for 2 years, he was a good servant!

WC32 and only had 4.1 for my 15th position so threw him in on the off chance he played in BGW33

Gonna bring in either Son,Lucas or Eriksen
Son and Lucas have already let me down so I guess it's Eriksens turn

I am hanging on to Vardy - I think Leicester want 7th and the team are responding well to Rodgers. My problem is Aubameyang, would have put Kane in not sure what I am doing now. Aguero probably but wasn't impressed with him last night not sure he is fit.

I wouldn't be confident Aguero will start at the weekend

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

I have to get rid of Higuain and with a healthy bank balance I have 11.7 to spend, the problem is there is nobody to buy! Aguero has poor fixtures and congestion means he is a rotation risk. Auba has been out of the first team lately and Arsenal are always likely to let you down. Same applies to Laca and wouldn't be surprised if he lost his place. Bobby lookslike the best option given form and fixtures and is nailed on. I have been attending the Vardy party for a few weeks now. Is there another decent striker out there or should I be looking to invest in midfield?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,685 ✭✭✭sheroman01

Any advice on a transfer? 1 FT. 2.4m itb. Really unsure what to do...

    Ryan, Boruc
    Robertson, Doherty, Pereria, Bednerak, AWB
    Salah, Mane, Maddison, Hazard, Puncheon
    Rashford, Vardy, King

Possibly Lucas Moura in for Maddison?

I'd like to do Jimmi in for Rashford next week. It could be done this week, and saves me 0.2m with price changes, but Rashford could score well against West Ham too...

Slim pickings up front. I’m sticking with Vardy for GW34 and GW35 and plan to switch to Firminio for the last 3 GWs, starting with Liverpool v Huddersfield

Would it be worth a hit to replace Pogba with Eriksen?

Alternatively could take a hit for Foster to DGW Ryan

With Kane now out as an option, I’m struggling to decide who to bring in. Son or Eriksen v Huddersfield, or dgw players Ryan and Camarasa.
Also Considering Jwp or Redmond as options, good fixtures for the rest of the season and dgw in 35.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,148 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Considering Doucouré. He’s in a bit of form at the moment. A goal in each of his last two league games. Has got Arsenal home this weekend and then two very favourable gw35 games Hud(a) Sou(h). Very low ownership also.

They question is will he be rested after their heroics on Sunday?
