Using combi boiler's supply to power a new electrical socket?

Hi,
My combi boiler is located outside in a locked cabinet. I'm wanting to install a camera outside and was hoping to get an electrical socket installed in the cabinet to avoid having to drill a hole to run the electrical cable into the apartment to power the camera.
Im wondering would it be an easy job for an electrician to create the socket in the cabinet using the existing power supply that exists for supplying the combi boiler?

Not a clue to be frank... Is that really relevent as I was guessing (hoping) that the electrical supply in the cabinet could be split into 2 seperate cables .. one powering the boiler and the other the camera?

I just remembered now that there's also a lamp on my decking thats also being powered by the power supply in the cabinet..

The light supply would most likely be 10 amp, so the cable would be too small. (See RCBO point below)

An external socket needs to be fed from a 20 amp RCBO at the board now. ( REC works)
The cable to the boiler would most likely be fine, but it couldn't do both, boiler should be on it's own circuit.

Very relevant if the timer is before the boiler socket /switch then your camera will only work when the timer is set.

If the timer comes after the socket then not so relevant

Is that a special RCBO for external sockets: e.g. for lawnmowers etc?
