Perhaps the Gards are overstretched trying to keep a lid on feral youths whose parents couldn't be arsed?

If that was a machete your man would be well dead, not running away.

Will you get a grip. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

What was it then? Because that looks like a big knife to me, maybe a blunt one but it definitely looks like a knife from the curvature.

It does look like a machete

    Mad scenes.

I thought it was the backstreets of Kinshasa or somewhere until I saw the Irish reg plates.

Shocking. I think the only response is telpis. Seriously though that motorcyclist was lucky they didn't ram him off. Lunatics.

Looks like a big stick. There's a fuller version of that video around which shows a whitey in the red car.

I just love what people do with facts but at least you're not trying to hide the whitey like the Twitter video. Not much of a machete as a real one would have left bits of that chap on the road. I see a career in fake news in your future.

I'm open to correction but the item in the full video looks very much like a mini-bat.

Yeah I'd say so but not a machete as some are claiming.

Looks like they both ran the red light afterwards, and went off chasing each other through the streets, so who knows what happened then.

It could have been a machete, with the guy only using the back of it.
Maybe he is keeping the sharp edge for a serious fight.
Expect to see a lot worse in the future..

What part of Tallaght is that? With the Luas there must be Cookstown maybe or along there?
