Hi Boarders, just looking for a "heads up" on the property scene around Craughwell. Like most buyers, we are on a tight budget, but nonetheless we have been looking " from a distance" ie Daft/MyHome etc at houses around Craughwell village and surrounding area - any advice welcome especially from other house hunters or prospective buyers in the area or from those who already live around the village.
We see from Daft etc a few estates which appear unfinished , Gleanntan na hAbhann, Sli na gCapall, and a few others that appear to be almost fully occupied ie Lana an Bhaile , Dun Ard etc .
Any advice on any of these estates ( we hope to arrange viewing in coming weeks) and we would appreciate any thoughts or opinions.
Feel free to private message us rather than posting in forum if you prefer. We are also considering the surrounding countryside and some properties there so if you know of a little piece of heaven out there we would be glad of any tips - many thanks !

Just wondering if you are living in Craughwell and happy with the move, schools etc?

    Many thanks
