Water flow behind electric shower-where is filter inlet

    Hi. Even when I close all water valves and main water still flowing thru that inlet. Any idea why ?It's Mira elite st 9.8kw .

    If installed correctly it will have its own dedicated supply from the attic tank. There should be a half inch valve in the attic to turn off the supply to the shower. It's equally possible that whoever arranged the original installation went with the cheapest quote and the plumber saved a few euro by not installing a valve at all.

    that valve in attic was close but water still flowing so must be something else or valve is faulty.

    If it's a faulty valve then you might need to drain the attic tank. This can be problematic as you might get airlock when you fill the tank again
