Why change? You could be buying a lot of trouble with 9 year old cars you've little idea of how they were driven or maintained.

Can you put up links of both models?

Have a 2010 Cc for 6 and a half years now. Have had zero trouble engine wise. The only problems I've had are the odd electrical like the boot light not working or the front fog not working. All easily solved and not that expensive to fix. Outside of that it's just been general services and replacements due to wear and tear. I've less mileage up though, about 180,000km.

The adjustable shocks can be expensive to replace. Standard ones are not.

I'm another CC owner here. It's a 2009, i've had it since 2012. Pretty much zero problems with it. The wiring loom for the boot frayed/split and was causing bother closing the boot a year or 2 back. I replaced it myself for about 50 quid. Had a steering column lock sensor warning about 4-5 years ago which the VW garage had to fix for €300. That's about it.
