Volvo XC60?

Ok guys. Back to my looking at a new car.
I'm still not sure about an SUV but I saw a diesel Volvo XC60 and liked what I saw.
Is there anything to look out for?

My other alternative was an Audi A4 estate but it was too low.
Wife is 6'2 and kids will be tall as well. The back is very cramped but a lovely car none the less. Is there an alternative with more space.

Have to say, hadn't considered Audi until a colleague bought one over the phone in work. Had them 20 years and never a complaint.

I'm doing 400 km+ a week on rural roads.

I'd go for a car rather than a suv on rural roads. The Volvo V60 may be a better choice. What is your budget?

About 15k. Might be able to stretch a little but not till next month.

I drive my wife's Kuga occasionally and find it hard on the back taking turns. She loves it. 6"2 so has lots of space for her.
The only issue is that I'm on a steep hill and we get snow and ice when the rest don't so a 4wd option is useful.

Perhaps a Skoda Kodiaq? Not sure how good the seats are though.

Hard to see past these for me, 4x4, auto, comfy and loaded with toys. There is VW Passat equivalent but I think the Skoda would be a better place to sit.

Never knew they came in 4x4. Looks a .. well..a superb car:)

I suppose we'll need to wait till march 29 to see what happens.

Started this thread the other day on the same problem with the kuga.

V60 came highly recommended

I read the thread but I do like the look of the superb. And the 4x4 is ideal for where I am.
