Tax Refund From Laser Eye Surgery

If you file Form 12 as an employee then you can do all that through MyAccount @ Revenue.ie
If you file Form 11 then it goes on there via ROS.
The separate Med1 form has gone. Medical Exps are claimed on the relevant Tax Return for the year concerned.

Clarification - if it is in 2019 you need to do it on the 2019 return after the end of the year. If it is in 2018 you can do it now.
